HELP with mowing. Julee and Dan Kolman tend to the lawn, gardening and maintenance of our church grounds. This is a big undertaking and they are requesting someone to take over the mowing. For details please contact either Julee or Dan Kohlman (360-426-6363). Julee and Dan’s efforts are certainly appreciated and because of them we get to enjoy beautiful flower beds, mowed lawns, a clean parking lot and a welcoming entrance to our church. Thank you Julee and Dan!

"Lunch with the Littles"

Our DAYCARE/PRESCHOOl invites you to bring a sack lunch and join us. "Lunch with the Littles" will be held on the last Wednesday of each month at 11:45 during the school year (not June/July/August).  Upcoming dates are April 29 and May 27.  Mark your calendars!  We'd love to have you join us and get to know our children better.

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Mark 11:24

God allows things to happen for a reason. Whether or not we understand His reasons, we must remember that God is good, just, loving, and merciful (Psalm 135:3). Often, bad things happen to us that we simply cannot understand. Instead of doubting God’s goodness, our reaction should be to trust Him. “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5–6). We walk by faith, not by sight.
